So, Poppy has to do some Baptism related school type whatever. My beautiful wife handles that kind of detail. I just do what I’m told.

And what I was told in this case was that she needs some prints from her baptism.

So, I find the hard drive that everything is stored on. I import the images to Lightroom.

And we both go, “Ahhhhh…”

I didn’t take most of the shots – hey, I was busy, being the dad.

But I did take some pictures later, of Ava and her cousin Maia. Having dinner at their own little table. Poppy and Theo, their other cousin on my side were too little to sit at any kind of table – this is almost SIX YEARS AGO.

My camera was, technically speaking, a piece of crap – six megapixels, anyone?

This picture still brought a tear to my eye.

Look at the feet.

That is such a great pic!!!! So cute!!! I don't think it matters what your camera is.. you have such a great eye for details!! You do have such an unbelievable talent Darin!!! What truly spectacular memory you caught on film (so to speak)
